At Dentayb, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our herbal oral care product, we only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

You received the wrong item

The item arrived damaged or tampered

The product is missing from the package

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

The product has been opened, unsealed, or used

You changed your mind after receiving the order

You experienced an allergic reaction or did not like the results (as results may vary person to person)

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Contact us on WhatsApp at 0331-9131330 with your order number and proof.

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method or via JazzCash/EasyPaisa if applicable.

Return Shipping
If a return is required, the customer may need to send the product back. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by us.
